BMC Remedy ITSM 7.6 : Live Webcast - Service Request Management

Following on from our recent webcast on BMC Remedy Change & Release Management 7.6, Devoteam will be hosting a 20 minute live webcast on BMC Service Request Management.

BMC have recently released Remedy ITSM 7.6, which includes workflow based modules utilising ITIL best practices for Incident, Problem, Change, Release, Asset and Service Level Management. This new and improved version builds upon the features that make Remedy ITSM one of the most successfully proven and widely used service management systems available.

BMC Service Request Management allows IT to easily define available services (IT and non-IT), publish those services in a service catalogue and automate the fulfilment of the services for the user community. The latest release includes an improved Service Request Definition console, increased functionality for chained and conditional approvals and numerous additional features.
