Models of Operation

Known for our flexibility and responsiveness, Devoteam delivers services across one of three models of operation, or perhaps using a combination if the situation demands. Services can be delivered on-site or off-site and benefit from the enhancement and advancement gains from the Devoteam delivery model.

  • Time and Materials: Best suited operation mode for long-term engagements or other circumstances where it may be difficult to scope the work in advance. Resources can either be managed by the customer or by Devoteam.
  • Project Basis: Together with the customer, Devoteam will define the overall project requirements in order to design a fixed price milestone based service, taking end-to-end responsibility for a turn-key deliverable.
  • Managed Services:  Managed life-cycle support services, where customers transfer on-going day-to-day management and performance accountability of specific business or network operations to Devoteam.
